forgot one thing…I love this “activist judges” article you supplied. Without these so-called activist judges we’d still have segregation and I doubt if women would have the right to vote. so the article is so right on that these conservitive pundits do tend to forget the activist judges they support — LIKE THE SUPREME COURT when they handed the election to Bush.
