  1. What do I do with my time…what dont I do with my time is the real question. I got out with my friends, I go out and walk the streets exploring my city (San Diego, CA) for the millionth time, I go shopping, I play video games and yell when the computer is kicking my ass, I watch repeats of Buffy and Sex and the City, I eat, and occasionally I check this website to see how you are doing.

That last one is the weird one I must admit. I dont live in the same city, hell not even the same state, but at least once a week I check to see how the tin man is doing. I was directed to your site once by slayage.com and have been coming back ever since. Tin man … I wonder about that self imposed title sometimes. The tin man was looking for a heart … which you definitely have more than enough of. Maybe you should take a look at the lion. He needed courage…and it seems to me thats what you also need. From everything I’ve read you seem to dwell on coulda-beens and lost moments. If only you had not runaway from that guy in college when you were first coming out to just recently not talking to that guy cruising you on the PATH. If you really wish to not be alone and have someone you love…hell even to just have friends…you have to get over your fear. I know rejection hurts, but better that then all the what-ifs that plague you.

The only way to get what you want is to take risks. So come on tinman…do it…take a risk… I dare you! :)

  2. We haven’t met, but we’ve chatted now and then. Shoot me some e-mail sometimes when you’re bored. I’m always looking to meet new people and hang out.

  3. The same as anyone does: laugh when things get too scary, and pretend it really matters when I know for sure it doesn’t. Or maybe that’s the other way around.
