You’re relying on Sullivan instead of the San Fran Chronicle? Not exactly an unbiased legal analysis on this issue… I’m more convinced by what I read (and a judge’s ruling earlier this summer in CA) that Prop 22 is NOT limited to out-of-state marriages only. That, as yesterday’s article noted, would make no sense.
